RETURNS
JAMES JOYCE GOLF works diligently to help you find the best pieces to suit your taste and needs. We strive for your happiness at every touchpoint of our experience together, from the quality of the products to the quality of your time. However, if you become dissatisfied at any moment, we are truly sorry and will work with you to resolve the issue on an ad hoc basis. "PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS."
EXCHANGES
You may exchange your fully priced merchandise within 07 days of delivery.
Exchange eligibility:
- New merchandise to be exchanged must be of equal or higher value.
- Exchanged merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed; must be in its original condition with tags attached, packaging included. Otherwise, we cannot accept your exchange.
Your return has to be shipped to the Australia return warehouse at the address mentioned in the authorization email along with a valid tracking number, otherwise, we won't be able to receive your parcel.
Customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost
CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped (or produced) and within 48 hours from the time we receive Customer's order. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
