JAMES JOYCE GOLF works diligently to help you find the best pieces to your taste and need. We strive for your happiness at every touchpoint of our experience together, from the quality of the products to the quality of your time. However, if you become dissatisfied and wish to return any merchandise at any moment, we are truly sorry and will work with you to resolve on an ad hoc basis.
Note
If the customer does not receive the goods due to the inability to contact the shipping carrier or due to inaccurate address information, we will not be responsible for the goods and the amount of that order. In this case, we encourage customers to contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide accurate information to ensure successful delivery.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange your fully priced merchandise within 07 days of delivery.
Exchange eligibility:
- New merchandise to be exchanged must be of equal or higher value.
- Exchanged merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed; must be in its original condition with tags attached, packaging included. Otherwise, we cannot accept your exchange.
